The models JVM3162RJ5SS and JVM3160RFSS have similar but different installation requirements, and they don't share the same mounting holes. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The holes for the new unit are slightly more forward. You have to drill new holes. My installer and his helper had no problems, installation time was about 1 1/2 hours. Looks great and the wife is Happy!!!
