“We just picked this up in store. Is there supposed to be a metal mounting bracket included?? We did not get one and it doesn't fit into our previous bracket.”

Hi kreyes87 - Yes, the mounting bracket is includes with the microwave. The mounting plate is attached to the back of the microwave oven. Remove the two screws holding it to the microwave oven. The plate will be used as the rear wall template and for mounting the microwave oven to the wall.
