“How do you turn the reset button light off for the filter.Pushing the button for three seconds or making a hard reset does not work. There is obviously a design error in the circuitry I wish GE would do something about it or replace the Microwave”

If you have changed the charcoal filter and tried resetting the filter, or disconnected power to the microwave for 30 seconds, service will be needed.
