Hi DEBSIK - We are sorry to hear your microwave is not heating and glad to offer assistance. If the microwave runs but is not heating, it could be one of many components. Make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Check to ensure the door is closed firmly. Close it firmly, but do not slam. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. Reset the electronics by unplugging or turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. If the above suggestions do not solve the problem and the microwave still won't heat, we recommend contacting service.
