Hi there, Oh goodness! We're terribly sorry to hear that the handle and glass have broken from your microwave. We absolutely understand how aggravating that is. The door can be replaced, but will require service. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737. The dimensions of the 1.6 cu. ft. microwave are 16 7/16" H x 29 7/8" W x 15 7/8" D. The dimensions of the 1.7 cu.ft. microwave is 16 5/16" H x 29 7/8" W x 15 9/16" D. Take care. Mike@GEA
