• Yes one option is to vent out the front. You just need to turn the fan around first. It's what I did and it was very easy.

• No, the exhaust is on the top. No way to move it

• This can be vented either out through the front (vented back into the house through an included filter if you don't have venting to outside) or attached to a duct on the top or back for outside venting.

To have the microwave internally vented or recirculating, then the charcoal filter should be installed and the blower adjusted.
