Hi kreyes87 - Yes, the mounting bracket is includes with the microwave. The mounting plate is attached to the back of the microwave oven. Remove the two screws holding it to the microwave oven. The plate will be used as the rear wall template and for mounting the microwave oven to the wall. Yes it comes with a mounting braket, just return it and get another one.
