• A:Answer HI LilB- We recommend to clean the exterior of your microwave with mild, non-abrasive soaps or detergents applied with a sponge or soft cloth. You can use Cerama Bryte Appliance Cleaner, part number WX10X392 on the door ((both interior and exterior). Wipe the control panel with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not spray any solution directly onto the controls. • A:Answer I guess im not sure how to answer your question. Is it vented through your motor home wall? Then if so you should be fine. I had to pull the blower motor out and turn it around because I dont have a vent that leads to the outside of my house. Hope this helps.

If the model is converted to recirculating and not vented to the outside, the air will be recirculated through a disposable charcoal filter JX81L (included) that helps remove smoke and odors. Q: QuestionI have a Model JVM3160DF3BB. In just 14 months one of the door microswitches has already failed. I'd consider replacing the unit with a JVM3160DFBB if you can tell me if there has been a design correction to reduce the impact on these switches.

Q: QuestionFor the 2 screws already holding the mounting bracket to the microwave once taken out of the box, do you reinstall these 2 screws after you remove the bracket to stick on the wall? Or do you leave those 2 screws off the back of the microwave?
