“microwave problem circuit breaker trips. I change the 20amp fuse still trips. It it possible it may be a switch?”

• You probably need a new microwave or the breaker in the house is bad. Call an electrician to check the breaker.

• Hi tonytiger817 - Thanks for reaching out to us. Our over-the-range microwaves require a 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. Over-the-range models should be on a dedicated circuit. If properly installed and the breaker trips off again after resetting the breaker or replacing the household fuse, unplug the microwave and contact service.
