Hello- We appreciate your question and are happy to help! Yes, this model does come with a charcoal filter. The installer will be able to turn the blower around to recirculate. Just be sure to ask him or her before the install it. The turning of the blower is very simple and takes less than a minute. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know.
