“We are replacing model jvm3160df4bb. Is this model in stainless steel the same dimensions as we have very little space between the backsplash and bottom of the microwave. Also if it is, will the prior installation hardware location work for the new model?”

I think the dimensions are exactly the same. I found the anchor holes are in the same place so you may need to drill new holes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Prior location should work as we used the prior location on our install. However you will need the new hanger with this model as our previous hanger bracket (Samsung model) did not fit the grooves of this GE model.
