“Can having your AC on 65 in the summertime cause condensation and moisture inside your microwave? I have an over the range GE microwave similar to this one It stopped working. It still powered on and operated but as far as heating food up it was not.”

Hello LB - this is Nancy at GE Appliances. We're sorry to hear that your microwave is no longer heating properly. Your room air conditioning should not have affected the microwave. If it is running, but not heating, we recommend to disconnect power to the microwave via the main power supply for a few minutes so as to reset the controls. If this does not help, then we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance. We hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
