“I just had a GE microwave installed today. It is black but not the stainless black. I used a paper towel and windex to wipe the outside with and it scratched the panel and the outside of the microwave. How do I get rid of the scratches?”

• Hi PKRunne - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear of the scratches and unaware of a method to remove them from the exterior. Some paper towels can scratch the control panel as indicated in the Owner's Manual at the following link (page 14).
