• Yes, this oven had noisy exhaust fans. Actually, it is noisier than my old 2007 GE Profile oven.

• Hi Curious, Thank you for reaching out to us. We do not have a sound rating for the microwave fans. All GE over-the-range microwaves have an automatic fan as a safety feature. This fan automatically turns on if the unit is overheating. This is in addition to the fan switch that manually controls the exhaust fan. Have a good day. Sadie@GEA
