“I am replacing my 1.6 cu. ft over the range microwave GE JVM1540DM5BB -vent out. Will the JVM3160ODFDD fit in by replacing the old. Do I have to change anything?”

Hi, We certainly appreciate your loyalty to GE Appliances! All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. The height and depth of models may vary slightly. Please keep in mind you will need to use the mounting brackets and hardware that come with the new microwave.
