If its the same size, most likely you can. Look at the overall dimensions and see if they are the same, and if they have the same kind of venting. My new GE was manufactured so I could configure the fan output to either outside through the top, outside through the back, or inside venting, just a couple screws and rotate the fan unit inside the housing to fit the kind of install you want to do.
