I believe there is a fuse. You have to take off the front of the microwave. make sure you unpause the microwave and discharged the energy from the fuse before trying to touch it. I found information on YouTube

If the microwave is DEAD and there is no display and nothing works- the problem could be a blown fuse or tripped breaker. Check the plug in the upper cabinet. Also, reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. While microwave are equipped with a fuse, due to safety, it is not consumer replaceable. For safety reasons, we offer no do-it-yourself repair advice on microwave ovens due to high voltage (capacitor hold a high voltage charge even after it has been unplugged), complexity of electronic circuitry and special equipment needed to make diagnosis.
