“I just replaced my 5 yr old ge microwave with a new JVM3160RF8SS. The old turntable was 12.75 “ in diameter. The new turntable is 13.5 “. The new turntable hits the front door & has already chipped the paint. I had to put the old turntable back in. Why ?”

• My old plate was bigger than my new one. Are you sure you didn't mix them up? I tried the old greasy plate, and it definitely scraped the door.
