Hi Notcrazy - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. Over-the-range models should be on a dedicated circuit. Require a 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. A qualified service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis. To schedule service online, contact us at GEAppliances.com/service or call 800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). Keep in touch! Sue
