Hi Annie - Thanks for considering GE Model JVM3160RFSS! Yes, the mounting bracket is included with the microwave. If the microwave is converted to recirculating (ventless), the charcoal filter included (WB02X11550- $8.75 at GEApplianceparts.com) should be replaced when it is noticeably dirty or discolored (usually after 6 to 12 months, depending on usage). If course it has brackets! The filters are washable!

Yes, it does come with installation brackets.

The filter is the kind that you wash and clean and put back in....no need to purchase replacements.
