“We just bought this microwave, you cannot see the panel it is very dark, you have to turn on the kitchen light to see the panel. what do we do?”

Hi skye - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE. The microwave control panel is not backlit, which means that the lettering on the keypads do not have lighting behind them.
