“I have GEcafe ceb1590ss2ss convection MW & SS trim kit. Ive replaced the door switch 3 times & now it’s broken again. Can you provide assistance on WHY this keeps happening ?Is there another model that will fit with the trIm kit I have?”

Hey there, and thank you for reaching out to us about your microwave. We are sincerely sorry to hear you've had an issue with the door switch multiple times, and know how frustrating this must have been. If you require service on your unit, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737, and would be glad to help however they can. There is also information about the warranty on your microwave on page 31 of your manual, if you need to take advantage of that. We will certainly send your feedback regarding the door switch to our Microwave Design team for future review and possible alteration. Regarding a different model, trim kits are usually model specific - if you are needing to replace your microwave, what trim kit you use would depend on the model you choose. We do have multiple other countertop microwaves that can be converted to a built-in look using a trim kit, including PEB9159SJSS.
