Hi - We are sorry to hear your microwave is not operating after changing the bulbs. We suggest to reset the home circuit breaker by turning it off for 30 seconds, then back on again. While it could also be a blown fuse, for safety reasons, we offer no do-it-yourself repair advice on microwave ovens.
