Hello there - We really appreciate you checking in about this! The mounting bracket included with each new microwave is specific to that model, so a mounting bracket from a previous model will not be compatible. This makes the process of choosing a new microwave a little easier, since you know that your new unit will come with all the installation hardware necessary. We hope this is insightful!
