Hi Darlene - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. The new screws, bolts, and exhaust adapter should also be used. Models with similar features: GE® 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven JVM3160DFBB; GE® 1.7 Cu. Ft. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wall mount bracket should be a universal fit .. you might have to drill new holes for the front mounting screws up in the cabinet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no way to tell that. I purchased this microwave to replace a 6 year old model that had a keypad issue. I purchased it in hopes of not having to change the bracket as well. Turns out I had to replace the bracket, the bracket had to be moved, and the holes in the cabinet above the microwave also had to be moved. My simple replacement went from a 10 min job to an hour long pain but that's how homeownership goes. So just plan on replacing things or call GE and see if they have the specs on the different microwaves and can pinpoint those details for you. Good luck.
