QuestionI just replaced my 5 yr old ge microwave with a new JVM3160RF8SS. The old turntable was 12.75 “ in diameter. The new turntable is 13.5 “. The new turntable hits the front door & has already chipped the paint. I had to put the old turntable back in. Why ?

- Answer My old plate was bigger than my new one. Are you sure you didn't mix them up? I tried the old greasy plate, and it definitely scraped the door.

- Answer Well I think it depends on how hot you want your drink. I put the cup of water for my tea for two minutes. You can lower to low med and high but it just as easy it put you cook time in.

- Answer You might try unplugging it for a minute and replugging it in to reset it. Sometimes it take the pc init 30 minutes to reset to.
