That’s definitely a Best Buy question, and even they may not know. However, as the current bracket is at least (8) years old, I would buy a new bracket. When the new microwave is installed, you’ll find out immediately if the old bracket works or not. You’ll have a new bracket ready if necessary, and can return it without a problem if you don’t use it.
