“I just purchased JVM6175EKES less than a year ago. I will only upgrade to this JVM7195EKES if I can use the same mounting bracket (I have the new horizontal style bracket) and the same holes in my cabinet (it already looks like swiss cheese)? Thanks.”

These models have matching dimensions, and the JVM7195EKES would certainly work as a replacement. However, we cannot recommend using the same mounting bracket – those are specific to each model, and the new microwave may not be compatible with or be secure with a different mounting bracket than it was designed for. The new bolts, screws and exhaust adapter should be used as well. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you’d like to check whether using the same holes in your cabinet would be possible, you may want to review the Installation Instructions for the model (which can be viewed on our GE website when you look up the model number and go to the product page).
