Hi - Great question! If a power outage has caused the internal temperature to be high, the high temp alarm will sound and the temperature display will flash. Pressing Alarm Reset on the control will silence the alarm and stop the flashing. If the internal temperature has been restored before you press Alarm Reset, the sound alarm will stop on its own.
