“I have a counter where I want to fit the MW that is covered on three sides as well as the back. There is an inch on top of the MW and on the two sides and about 4 inches in the back. The front is fully open. Any problem with my keeping my MW there?”

• Hi Rod- Thanks for choosing our GE Model JES2051DNWW! Microwaves need adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge air vents. We recommend 3" of clearance on both sides and the top and 1" clearance in the rear.
