We connected and has power but the door doesn’t open null

Did you disable the child safety feature?

We recommend checking to see if any obstructions are preventing the door from opening properly. You can also try performing an electronic reset, by unplugging the power cord 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. You will also want to check that the door lock is not engaged, this is located on the right side of the unit. While holding down the lock button, simultaneously press the door latch release button (front push button) on microwave. You can view more instructions on page 7 in the user manual. This can be found by clicking on the "Features" tab below the product page, then scrolling down on the page that pops up on the right hand side.
