A:AnswerI wrote this guestion a month ago. I put my finger on the back of the microwave when it was running and pushed on a screw, the noise stoped. So I took out the screw and put a longer one in and it hasn’t made any noise since.

A:AnswerYes, it can be installed in a bolt-in cabinet. We were looking for one that would fit the space we had originally built into the wall when we had our house built. This one has a little more room around it but it looks really nice. I believe it comes in black as well.
A:AnswerI would not recommend doing that. The owner's manual mentions space needed for airflow so you don't overheat the unit. So placing it above a heat source sounds unwise.
