“With no digital Display...how do you know the oven is heated to the proper temperature???”

Hey Chuck, thanks for reaching out to us. The Oven Cycle light should come on when the oven has preheated. In addition, on models without this light, we recommend the user wait 10 minutes to allow the oven to heat up. We hope this is helpful and we're wishing you the best. - Guy@GEA
