Hello there - thank you for reaching out to us. This toaster is designed to accommodate standard sizes of breads, pastries, waffles, and bagels. Therefore, the ability to easily take the food item out of the toaster may depend on the height of that food item itself. We do offer a special "Extra Lift" feature on toasters in our Café line, such as model C9TMA2S2PS3, that may be of interest to you. We hope this is insightful.
