Q: QuestionHow do you adjust the height of the front wheel to go down to level the refrigerator
Asked by JB.
- A:Answer Hi JB, If you take a look at pg. 9 of the installation instructions of this unit you will find a section titled "Rollers and Leveling Legs." There, you should be able to read about how to level your refrigerator. You can take a look at that document here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60780-4.pdf - Thank you very much for your question. We hope that this helped! -MS

Q: QuestionPurchased gts21fgkbww refrigerator setting up , freezer is freezing fine but refrigerated section is not getting cold. It’s been almost 24 hours, how show I set controls to get fridge cooler
Asked by Thomasj4405.
- A:Answer Good luck. In the 6 months I've had mine, it never got all that cold unless I turned it all the way up, which froze the veggies I had in the produce bin. It seems to have two temps- kinda cool and freezing. So milk is never all that cold and meat doesn't last very long. I'm on the site now because mine just stopped working tonight without warning. Just. Stopped. Bought it 6 months ago. If I were you, I'd return it now rather than later. Get something that works and lasts.
