“I am having a problem setting the temperature for the refrigerator the temperature always go back to zero when I set it to 37”

Hello Mango - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. The refrigerator and freezer temperature controls are inside at the top of the refrigerator. The freezer temperature control default is "0" degrees and this can be adjusted by pressing either side of it up or down. The refrigerator default set temperature is "37" degrees and it can likewise be adjusted up or down. Please allow the refrigerator at least 24 hours to adjust to the new temperature setting. Please try again later.The setting for the freezer is to the left of that and it is set at zero, the fridge control is to the right of it and you press either side of it and it will move up and down from 37 degrees. I just got mine on Saturday and was playing around with it and figured it out. Hope that helps.
