• Hi there - Great question! The default temperature for this freezer is 0 degrees F. Allow the freezer to operate for at least four hours before placing food inside. Additional troubleshooting can be found on page 13 in the owner's manual. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, make use of the warranty by scheduling service.
