Hello- We are sorry to hear you are having this issue with your refrigerator. We recommend resetting the electronics by flipping the breaker off or unplugging the unit for at least 5 minutes. During this time, don't open the doors. Then restore power and if the refrigerator doesn't start cooling after a couple hours, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737.
