“Does GE make a top-freezer refrigerator with slide-out shelves, to allow easy access to food stored in the back that can't easily be seen or accessed without moving things around? Or any model with slide-out shelves? If not, please consider doing so!”

We don't currently have a Top-Freezer refrigerator that has slide-out shelves. This model has 3 shelves and 3 total shelves and 2 are adjustable. We appreciate your feedback and will be certain to share this with our engineering and design teams. Joyce@GEAppliances
