“I just bought the ge refrigerator gss23gmknces and there is no way to level it is there something missing on it”

Hi Dave - Thanks for choosing GE and welcome to the family! We are sorry to hear the installers did not level your refrigerator. The refrigerator can be leveled by adjusting the rollers located near the bottom hinges. Under the frig where the feet are you should be able to turn them left or right to level the frig. Just make sure to have a level and have frig all the way out to make adjustments. If you cant locate the feet or are not available then contact the store you bought it from or call the warranty for your frig. I know it has them because when Best Buy installed ours they adjusted the feet for us. Hope this helped.

I believe the whole refridge is out of square my doors were not aligned straight out of the box.
