Hi LindaL - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE. We are happy to help. For best results, choose Heated Dry and the Wash Temp Boost option to raise the water temperature to improve dry performance. Make sure the water entering the dishwasher is at least 120F and add a rinse agent such as Finish® Jet-Dry® Rinse Aid to the rinse agent dispenser. Leave door closed after the Clean light appears to allow the fan to run. Note: If you open the door, this fan extension will be cancelled. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced the same thing. I asked someone who recently bought a dishwasher and was told to use rinse aid jet dry solution. Much better! I still usually have to dry plastic glasses but most everything else dries pretty well. Hope this helps.
