Q: QuestionHow do I turn off the display? I accidentally pressed a button after the cycle ended and now the display won’t turn off. I tried holding start for 3 seconds to “cancel” but it just beeps twice and still won’t go away. I also tried closing door for drain.

Q: QuestionIf our old dishwasher is hardwired, will the Best Buy installers have an issue replacing it with this one? Will there be an additional charge?

• A:Answer Our's is hardwired. There were no issues at all with our installer. As a matter of fact he said he preffered it that way. We did use a private contractor and not the Best Buy installer.
