Hi lilfytr - Thanks for choosing GE! We can certainly understand your concern. The dishwasher will have to go through several complete wash cycles to properly seat the new door gasket. This is normal on new installation. Check to be sure the edge of the control panel is not hitting the adjacent cabinet. The door may give enough to latch, but not enough to form a tight seal. Reposition the dishwasher so it does not make contact the cabinet. See the following link for more tips- DISHWASHER LEAKS FROM DOOR: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18911 - If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - Keep in touch!
