We would not recommend operating the dishwasher in this manner. To breakdown food soils and to dissolve and activate the dishwasher detergent, you need a minimum of 120°F water coming into the dishwasher. Even with the Sani cycle, the dishwasher will not be able to heat your cold water to the proper temperature.
