Are the cord and hoses retractable when not in use? null

On the one I own, the cord retracts fully, but the hoses do not retract fully. The hoses have a twist that prevents them from retracting fully. However, since there are so few manufacturers of portable dishwashers, beggars can't be choosey. This Portable works far better than the Whirlpool Portable that I got rid of. I had it for over two years and had repairmen work on it at least 10 times. The darn thing just kept refusing to drain out properly. It was a piece of junk.
