Hello Mark - Thank you for reaching out about this excellent portable dishwasher. We will be happy to help in any way we can. Model GPT225SSLSS cannot be converted to a permanent installation. When draining in the sink, if the sink is 34" or higher from the floor, the excess water in unicouple hoses cannot be drained directly into the sink.
