A:AnswerI want to say $325. The original install fee was $175, then the installers said they needed some extra parts which cost $150. For all I know, I got severely ripped off.
A:AnswerYes, but there are only two heights, which doesn't do me much good. If I lower the top rack to accommodate my red wine glasses, the top rack sprayer hits the dinner plates. If I raise it, the red wine glasses don't fit at all, so I'm stuck using only white wine glasses.
A:AnswerHey there. We’re happy to let you know you can pause the cycle by slowly opening the door. When you do this, the dishwasher will beep every minute to remind you to close the door. Once you’re ready to resume the cycle, press Start and close the door within 4 seconds. The cycle will continue from where you left off. Please let us know if you have any additional questions as we’re always happy to help -Gina@GEA

A:AnswerWe recommend checking that dishwasher is properly installed, level, and aligned within the cabinet. Make sure the door is not contacting the cabinet or surrounding areas, as this can prevent the door from closing and latching properly. For additional troubleshooting steps, please refer to the article titled: "Dishwasher - Door Not Closing Properly" on the GE Appliances website.
A:AnswerIf you are certain there is power, make sure the control LOCK feature has not been activated by mistake:
To LOCK/UNLOCK the dishwasher control, depending on the model, press and hold the Cycle
pad, or the Dry/Dry Boost and Steam pads simultaneously for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls
light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked.
If it is not a LOCK issue, disconnect power to the dishwasher for 60 seconds in an effort to reset the dishwasher. If this doe not help, please arrange service at the GE Appliances website by selecting Owner Support followed by Schedule Service.
A:AnswerHot water is essential for proper wash and dry performance. The water coming into the dishwasher needs to be a minimum of 120°F and no greater than 150°F. To check the water temperature, run the hot water at the kitchen sink and measure the temperature of the running water with a candy or meat thermometer. If the incoming water temperature is less than 120°F, adjust the temperature of your water heater accordingly. We also recommend using the Wash Heat Boost option on every cycle. This will further heat the water in the dishwasher which not only improves the wash performance but the dry performance as well. It will aid in the evaporation of the water from the dishes when the cycle is complete.
