We recommend making sure your water heater is set to at least 120 degrees if you have small children in your home. If the water takes a while to get hot at your kitchen sink, turn the hot water on first, before turning on your dishwasher. The hotter the water, the cleaner and drier the dishes will be. Using a rinse agent will help with drying and be sure not to block the detergent cup. Avoid placing large bowls in front left corner of the bottom rack. If you continue to have issues, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393. Joyce@GEAppliances
