Stainless steel has some unique cleaning characteristics, and for regular daily maintenance using mild dish soap and water would work. Cerama Bryte stainless steel appliance cleaner is also recommended for our stainless steel exteriors and interiors, and is available on our GE parts website. There are also Cerama Bryte stainless steel wipes that can be used to clean the refrigerator. We don't recommend using appliance wax, polish, bleach, steel wool, abrasives, ammonia, acids or commercial oven cleaners for stainless steel.
