We didn’t notice the difference at all. Same stuff fit fine. The new lighting makes it so much easier

Hi Nicole - Thanks for considering GE! The bottom door bin is deeper (holds 2 liter bottles) on Model #: DSHS6VGBSS. There was an industry change in how capacity was calculated.
